It is important to LOCARO clothing that you are completely satisfied with the product, so LOCARO accept returns for up to 14 calendar days after receipt of your purchase. Returned items must be sent back in their original packaging and in the condition you received them to be eligible for a full refund; this excludes bargain items and custom-made products. Returns will be refunded after the warehouse has inspected items and declares the items are in their original condition.

No refunds are available for sale items - only exchange or store credit. You may exchange an item within 14 days of receipt for another item or store credit. Items worn, with stains cannot be returned. If you do ship such items, LOCARO clothing will not be responsible for processing and returning such items. You may use any shipper you like, but we recommend purchasing tracking and insurance, as LOCARO cannot be responsible for lost returned shipments. Once LOCARO clothing receive your returned package, please allow 1-2 weeks for processing. In case of refunds, LOCARO will send you an email notification when your refund has been processed. Your refund will be issued according to the payment method you selected for the original order. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you would like to return a product that you already bought and would like to exchange it for a smaller or bigger size product (for example, hoodies with bigger or smaller size), you will be responsible for shipping fees of the returned product from your home to the warehouse, and LOCARO will pay for shipping of new product to your home. But, this only applies if you return a product for the first time.  If you try to return and exchange a product for a second or more time, you will be reponsible for all shipping fees to and from our warehouse of the returned and new merchandise.
